The location of the hotel is perfect as it's close to the town center and the BSI bus station. it's right next to the bus terminal, making it convenient for transportation. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel facilities, and the staff was kind and helpful. we had a wonderful experience.

The staff were super nice and helpful. The hostel had great kitchen facilities with storage room for each room. the bar/lounge area was a great place to meet other travelers.
The location was a bit far from the city center, about a 20-minute walk. had to pay extra for the duvet/blanket, a bit frustrating.

This hostel is ideally located just outside the city center but is easily walkable to the downtown area, as well as to any restaurants or stores. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the prices are very reasonable for Reykjavik. The facilities are great, including a kitchen where you can cook and keep things refrigerated, and easy access to brochures that inform you about activities in the area.
There was some cleanliness issues reported, particularly in the kitchen, but it seems more to do with guests than staff.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the convenient location by the bus station where you can easily get picked up for tours. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The basic amenities are well-maintained, including the rooms with 24 beds that come with a good-sized window and many regularly cleaned bathrooms. Additionally, the breakfast, which includes spreads like marmalade, was a nice touch.
All was just fine; no improvements needed.
